Three ways to sign a petition
1) This form is a printable petition form with space for 15 names. Anyone can use it to collect signatures .. at stores, parking lots, town centers, etc. We need volunteers to carry out this effort. When you have completed forms, contact :

2) Online petition ... This is the quickest/easiest way to show your support.
3) If you can't use the online petition, sign up to be a "friend of the MDC" . We will take this list to our Legislators and MDC commissioners when we meet with them. Business can sign up here as well. We prefer that you use the online petition, but we will still maintain the Friends list for as long as we can.
